This is a Canadian made mid century solid maple dresser in restored and fully refinished condition. The original dull brown walnut finish was stripped to remove, and the whole dresser including the drawers was re-stained for a warm pale wood appearance and sealed with oil base finish. The sculpted bands on the four drawers were stained (and sealed) in age wheat colour for a subtle contrast effect. Maker: Baronet Furniture of Quebec.
