This gorgeous mid century teak credenza, crafted by Ulferts in the 1960s, is a striking example of Swedish Scandinavian mid century modern design. Defined by its clean lines, balanced proportions, and exceptional craftsmanship, this unit offers both timeless style and practical functionality. It features three upper dovetail jointed drawers and three lower solid wood constructed cabinet doors, providing generous storage space. Inside are three removable, height-adjustable shelves, allowing for flexible organization. The original key is included, and the cabinet doors retain their locking function. Distinctive sculpted bow-tie teak handles, beautifully figured grain, and elegant geometric legs highlight the refined aesthetic that made Swedish furniture of this era so highly regarded. The Ulferts maker’s stamp remains intact inside the cabinet door confirming its authenticity. The piece has been fully refinished, with the top, sides, doors, and drawer fronts carefully stripped, sanded, and treated with multiple coats of Danish oil to enhance the richness and depth of the teak wood. Only minor age related wear consistent with its history remains.
